COLOR ME YOGA® for children
" Creative exploration of movement and imagination."
Allow children to expand their physical and mental flexibility, explore relaxation, and deepen their self-esteem and inner awareness. We'll play, pretend, and create using yoga postures, breath work, meditation, visualizations, creative movement, yoga games, and songs and chants. Children become calmer and stronger, all while having F-U-N!
